This Privacy Policy explains how Rowhome Labs LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use RuneShare (the "Service"), available at this website. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Who We Are

RuneShare is operated by Rowhome Labs LLC. RuneShare is a community tool that lets RuneScape players create and share presets and bank tabs. It is an unofficial, fan-made service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Jagex Ltd.

Information We Collect

• Google account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information from your Google account, including your name, email address, and profile details that Google shares during authentication. We use this to create and manage your account.
• Discord account information. When you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and verified email address. We use this to create and manage your account.
• Sign-in and session information. When you sign in, we record which sign-in method you used and when, and for each signed-in session the IP address, browser and device details, and when it was last active. We use this to keep your account secure and to show you where you are signed in, so you can sign out of sessions you do not recognize. Session records are deleted when you sign out and after 30 days of inactivity.
• Content you create. We store the content you add to the Service, such as bank tabs, presets, likes, follows, and related settings, so that we can display and share it.
• Usage analytics. We use three analytics providers to understand how the Service is used. Simple Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics are privacy-friendly providers that do not use cookies and do not collect personally identifiable information, giving us aggregate, anonymous usage data. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects usage information such as your IP address (used to derive approximate location), device and browser details, and the pages you view. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• To authenticate you and secure your account.
• To display and share the content you choose to create.
• To understand and improve how the Service is used.

Google User Data

We only use data obtained through Google Sign-In to authenticate you and to operate your account on the Service. We do not sell your Google user data, and we do not share it with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. Content you choose to make public on the Service (such as shared presets and bank tabs) is visible to other users and visitors. We may share information with service providers who help us run the Service, or when required by law.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing [email protected].

Cookies and Sessions

We use a session cookie that is necessary to keep you signed in and to operate core features of the Service. You can review your active sessions and sign out of them from your profile page. One of our analytics providers, Google Analytics, also sets cookies to measure how the Service is used; our other providers, Simple Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics, do not use tracking cookies.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
